How to sew the hat
Today’s handcrafted goods is “hat".
Materials
Outer top crown is 1 piece. (Seam allowances are included, attach interfacing)
Fusible interfacing gives fabric firmness, and keeps shape of hat.

Outer side crown fabrics are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included, attach interfacing)
Inner side crown fabrics are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Ribbon is 2.5cm by 63.5cm.
Upper brim fabrics are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included, attach interfacing)
Lower brim fabrics are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included, attach interfacing)
Sweatband is 2.5cm by 62cm.

Make outer crown
1. Sew the side crown fabrics with right side together.
2. Press seam allowances open, and stitch.
3. Sew the side crown and top crown with right side together. (Use the Iron-on double-sided fusible tape, better.)
4. Sew the crown and ribbon together.
Make inner crown
Sew the inner fabrics, same way as the outer fabrics.
Make brim
1. Sew the upper brim fabrics with right side together. Then press seam allowances open.
2. Sew the lower brim, same way as the upper brim.
3. Sew the upper and lower with right side together. (Contract the edge of the lower brim. Similar to gathering.)
4. Cut off extra seams, and turn inside out.
5. Stitch.
Make hat
1. Sew the outer crown and inner crown with right side out together.
2. Sew the crown and brim with right side together.
3. Sew the head size and sweatband together. It’s done.
