How to sew the casquette
Today’s handcrafted goods is “casquette".
Materials
Outer fabrics are 6 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Inner fabrics are 6 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Brim fabrics are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Brim poly core. (cut-off)
Sweatband is about 2.5cm by 54cm.

Make outer crown
1. Sew the outer fabrics with right side together. Then press seam allowances open.
2. Add the third piece, sew with right side together. Then press seam allowances open.
3. Remaining 3 outer fabrics, do the same way.
4. Place 2 outer pieces with right side together, and sew. Then press seam allowances open.
Make inner crown
Sew the inner fabrics, same way as the outer fabrics.
Make brim
1. Sew the brim fabrics with right side together.
2. Make a cut in seam allowances. Then press seam allowances open.
3. Turn inside out, and insert the brim interfacing. Then stitch the edge.
Make casquette
1. Sew the outer crown and inner crown with right side out together.
2. Sew the crown and brim with right side together.
3. Sew the head size and sweatband together.
4. Fold the sweatband and stitch. It’s done.
