How to sew the baby beanie with ears
Today’s handcrafted goods is “baby beanie with ears".
Materials
Outer fabrics, about 17.5cm by 25cm are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Inner fabrics, about 17.5cm by 25cm are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Ears fabrics are here. (Seam allowances are included)
Pattern is here.
Sewing-machine needle for knit fabric. All Purpose thread.
Make outer
1. Sew the ears fabrics with right side together.
2. Turn inside out.
3. Baste the outer fabric and ears together.
4. Sew the outer fabrics with right side together. Then press seam allowances open.
Make inner
1. Sew the inner fabrics with right side together. (Leaving 6cm open for turning.)
2. Press seam allowances open. Then turn inside out.
Make beanie
1. Insert the inner fabric into the outer fabric, with right side together. Then sew around.
2. Turn inside out. Then sew the hem. It’s done.
